Ferroalloy refining furnace

Main uses: it is used for refining various ferroalloys and non-metallic materials and improving the content of main metals in ferroalloys. It is an important equipment for the later product refining of ferroalloy submerged arc furnace.

Equipment features: ferroalloy electric arc refining furnace has many structural forms, and its main structure is similar to that of electric arc furnace. It has the functions of electric arc heating, furnace body shaking and stirring, iron tapping in iron tapping tank and charging on furnace top. Users can select and manufacture according to the smelting alloy variety and process.

Equipment composition: furnace cover, furnace body, tilting mechanism, electrode lifting mechanism, water cooling cable, short network, water cooling system, hydraulic system, high voltage system, transformer, voltage electric control and automation system, etc.

Equipment features:

The electric furnace can adopt fixed furnace body, tilting furnace body or rotating furnace body;

According to different smelting quality, water wall hanging slag can be used;

Use conductive cross arm or electrode holder for power supply;

PLC automatic control technology can be adopted for electrical control;

It can adopt furnace top charging, PLC automatic control, weighing sensor, and high batching accuracy;

The secondary bus adopts water-cooled copper tube and large section water-cooled cable, which can effectively reduce the impedance of current system.
